The Geojam ecosystem governs itself via the Geojam DAO Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) and is governed by every single JAM token holder. JAM token holders can participate in the decentralized governance by creating and/or voting on proposals. Over time, the Geojam DAO will migrate to the Geojam app.

Governance Structure
We will use snapshot.org, which is well tested and used by most web3 applications, as our governance tool. It provides us a feeless and simple way to create proposals and vote - $JAM token holders just need to have $JAM in their web3 wallet (e.g. MetaMask) and connect with our governance page to create proposals and vote.
Votes are based on the amount of $JAM in the address which is voting.
We are providing a web forum and telegram group where community members can discuss ideas and proposals, which then can be forwarded to admins for the voting process.
